By purchasing, installing, or using the Pathix Blood Test Report Management System ("the Software" or "the Service") provided by Sam Brothers Infosystem ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your internal business purposes.

IMPORTANT: Pathix is a subscription-based service requiring annual renewal. This is NOT a one-time purchase.
Pathix operates on an annual subscription model. Your license is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and must be renewed annually to continue using the Software.
To maintain access to the Software and receive updates, support, and new features, you must renew your subscription annually. The renewal fee is the same as the initial purchase price for your selected plan:
We will send renewal reminders via email 30 days, 15 days, and 7 days before your license expiration date. It is your responsibility to renew your subscription before the expiration date to avoid service interruption.
If you do not renew your subscription before the expiration date:
Renewal pricing is subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days before your renewal date. Discounts applied to initial purchases may not apply to renewals.
All fees must be paid in advance. Payment can be made through the methods specified during the purchase process. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be provided. Refunds are not available for renewal subscriptions.
All prices exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction.
During your active subscription period, you are entitled to receive software updates, bug fixes, and security patches at no additional cost.

Support response times may vary based on the complexity of the issue and current support volume.
Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
For offline versions, all data is stored locally on your device. For cloud versions, data is stored on our secure servers. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.
The Software, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Sam Brothers Infosystem and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In no event shall Sam Brothers Infosystem be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Software.
You may stop using the Software at any time. However, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Software immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity.
Upon termination, your right to use the Software will cease immediately. You must uninstall the Software and delete all copies in your possession.
Each license is tied to a specific device or set of devices as per your plan. License activation requires internet connectivity. You may not transfer your license to another device without our authorization.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Software. Your continued use of the Software after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
